GENERAL BILL by Banking and Insurance ; Sebesta ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Crist ; Cowin

Physicians/Adverse Determinations; requires that only certain physicians licensed in this state may render adverse determinations for health maintenance organizations & prepaid health clinics; clarifies authority of Board of Medicine & Board of Osteopathic Medicine. Amends 641.51.
