GENERAL BILL by Romeo ; Spratt ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Brown
Florida Rural Heritage Act; creates said act; provides for designation of Rural Heritage Area; provides for economic incentives, reports, & technical assistance; requires DCA to adopt rules; provides for development of nature-and-heritage-based tourism business micro-loan program; provides conditions for adoption of local comprehensive plans for rural activity centers; modifies powers of Fla. Housing Finance Corporation, etc. Amends Chs. 163, 187, 212, 220, 290, 420. APPROPRIATION: $5,000,000.
