GENERAL BILL by Harrell ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Murman

Seaport Security; provides for minimum seaport security standards; authorizes additional security measures under certain circumstances; provides for implementation by April 30, 2002; provides for annual inspections; provides that concealed firearms may not be permitted on port facility. Amends 311.12, 790.06.
