GENERAL BILL by Slosberg
Tobacco Settlement Proceeds; requires that Comptroller receive representations from tobacco industry which are used to calculate annual payments; requires Comptroller to verify such representations; requires that Auditor General review verification of representations from tobacco industry; redesignates Comptroller as Chief Financial Officer to conform to revision of State Constitution. Amends 569.21.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law except as otherwise provided
