GENERAL BILL by Fiscal Responsibility Council ; Maygarden

Health Care Administration Agency; deletes requirement to provide choice counseling to eligible applicants under Medikids program component; revises Medicaid eligibility requirements for certain elderly or disabled persons; authorizes payment for health insurance premiums of Medicaid-eligible individuals under certain circumstances; authorizes continued reimbursement of substance abuse treatment services on fee-for-service basis, etc. Amends Ch. 409; repeals 636.0145.
