Food Service Employee Training; revises provisions re food service employee training programs; provides for audits & revocation of training program approval; provides rulemaking authority; repeals provision re special transfer restrictions & transfer fees pertaining to alcoholic beverage licenses issued after specified date. Amends 509.049; repeals 561.32(6).
