Funeral & Cemetery Services; revises references re burial records & need determinations; provides & revises definitions; provides membership & terms of Board of Funeral Directors, Embalmers, & Cemetery Services; increases minimum acreage requirements to establish cemetery company; requires permanent labels on containers used for inurnment of human remains; provides for future placement of said board within Banking & Finance Dept., etc. Amends Chs. 470, 497.
Effective Date: 07/01/2001 except as otherwise provided
