Governmental Reorganization; (THIS BILL COMBINES S1970,164) establishes Office of Chief Financial Officer; creates Financial Services Dept.; provides for Commissioner of Financial Institutions Office; transfers Banking & Finance Dept. & DOI to Financial Services Dept.; authorizes State Fire Marshal Division to adopt rules re firefighter safety inspections; requires division to conduct study, etc. Amends Chs. 17, 20, 633.
