GENERAL BILL by Clary
Health Care/Alternative Treatment; provides legislative intent re patients' access to complementary or alternative health care treatment, as defined; prescribes standards for communicating offer of complementary or alternative health care treatment; requires keeping of certain records; includes access to complementary or alternative health care among rights to which patient is entitled. Creates 456.40; amends 381.026.
