Internet/Child Pornography; defines term "child pornography" for purposes of Obscene Literature; Profanity law; clarifies definition of term "sexual conduct"; defines term "transmit"; prohibits transmissions over Internet of pornography in specified circumstances; provides penalties; provides immunity from civil liability for reporting child pornography. Amends 847.001; creates 847.0137,.0139.
