Business & Professional Regulation; renames Fla. Land Sales, Condominiums, & Mobile Homes Div. as Condominiums, Timeshare, & Mobile Homes Div.; provides for registration of talent agencies in lieu of licensure; abolishes Barbers' Board & Board of Cosmetology; revises provisions re licensure as electrical or alarm system contractor; revises provisions re civil remedies available to colleges & universities for violations of athlete agent regulations, etc. Amends FS. APPROPRIATION.
