Public Transportation Commission; (Hillsborough Co.) compiles, codifies, & revises specified provision re said commission; provides legislative intent; protects rights of commission employees; creates commission; provides that commission is independent special district; prohibits discriminatory practices; provides for, amending, & adding mandatory & discretionary powers, including addition of civil penalties & automatic lien under certain circumstances, etc.
