GENERAL BILL by Miller
State Inmate/HIV Testing & Treatment; requires human immunodeficiency virus testing as part of process of intake to state corrections system; requires DOC to provide treatment to persons testing positive for HIV; requires HIV testing of inmates before their release from incarceration; requires treatment of HIV infection to be included among conditions of parole, conditional release, or control release under specified provisions, etc. Amends 944.024, 947.175.
