Homelessness; redefines term "homeless child"; revises deadline for submission of documents for school registration; amends provision re State Apartment Incentive Loan Program; revises requirements for qualifying to participate in program; increases amount of revenue bonds Fla. Housing Finance Corp. may issue for corp.'s guarantee fund; creates State Office on Homelessness within CFS Dept.; creates Council on Homelessness, etc. Amends Chs. 228, 232, 420, 445. APPROPRIATION: $9,822,668.
