Sales Tax/Private Physical Fitness; provides that dues & fees paid to private physical fitness facilities are not subject to tax; excludes country clubs from exemption for physical fitness facilities; provides that exemption does not apply to contracts entered into & financed prior to effective date of act. Amends 212.02.
