GENERAL BILL by Haridopolos ; Ritter ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Siplin
Telecommunications Access Rates; revises telecommunications network access services rate requirements; provides for capping certain rates under certain circumstances; provides for reducing certain rates under certain circumstances; provides for petition to reduce certain rates of certain local telecommunications companies; authorizes PSC to order certain telecommunications companies to decrease certain rates under certain circumstances, etc. Amends 364.163.
