GENERAL BILL by Health, Aging and Long-Term Care ; Health, Aging and Long-Term Care

Health Care/Background Screening; requires AHCA to convene interagency workgroup to study issues pertaining to certain background screening requirements for health care professionals & owners, operators, & employees of certain health care providers, services, & programs; provides for composition of workgroup; requires report; abrogates repeal of provisions of law which require background screening of applicants for licensure, certification, or registration.
