SB 690: Prescription Drug Fair Pricing Act
GENERAL BILL by Mitchell
Prescription Drug Fair Pricing Act; creates said act; creates Reduced-Cost Prescription Program within AHCA; requires drug manufacturers & labelers that sell prescription drugs through any state-funded program to enter into rebate agreement with agency & make certain rebate payments to state agencies; requires retail pharmacies to provide discount for drugs covered by program & sold to program participants; requires that agency establish discounted prices, etc. APPROPRIATION: $115,451,530.
