Pawnbrokers & Secondhand Dealers; requires FDLE to administer statewide database of pawnshop transactions & acquisitions of secondhand goods; specifies form of petition under which claimant may bring action to recover possession of misappropriated property; requires Agriculture & Consumer Services Dept. to prescribe pamphlet to describe claimant's rights to recover misappropriated property from pawnbroker, etc. Creates 943.0546; amends 539.001.
