Rules of Evidence/Sexual Battery; provides for certain rules of evidence applicable to criminal prosecution of crime of sexual battery to apply in any civil action brought under Fla. Civil Rights Act involving perpetration or alleged perpetration of such crime; amends provisions re sexual battery, prostitution, lewd or lascivious offenses, sexual performance by child, & obscene literature & other material, etc. Amends 794.011,.022, 796.07, 800.04, 825.1025, 827.071, 847.001.

Effective Date: Upon becoming law except as otherwise provided
