Relief/Hopkins & Bowman; provides for relief of Towanna Denise Hopkins, incompetent, by & through Willie Lee Hopkins, her father & legally appointed guardian, & of Robert Keith Bowman, Jr., her son; authorizes & directs Board of Regents, University of South Florida, & USF Health Sciences Center Insurance Company to compensate them for injuries & damages caused by employees or agents of University of South Florida; specifies use of funds. CLAIM WITH APPROPRIATION.
