GENERAL BILL by Judiciary ; Saunders
Landlord & Tenant; increases time period within which landlord must notify tenant of intention to impose claim on security deposit; exempts certain landlords from requirement to give notice to former tenants re personal property; increases value of abandoned personal property that may be kept, sold, or destroyed by landlord; provides for termination of rental agreement by member of United States Armed Forces, etc. Amends 83.49,.67, 475.011, 715.105,.106,.109.
