Broker's & Appraiser's Lien Act; creates "Broker's & Appraiser's Lien on Commercial Real Estate Act"; specifies persons entitled to such liens; provides for affidavits identifying broker; provides for effect of mixed-use property & change-in-use property; prescribes time for filing notice of liens; provides for assessment of costs, fees, & interest; provides for escrow of disputed matters; provides owner's, tenant's, & broker's remedies, etc.
