GENERAL BILL by Criminal Justice ; Brown-Waite ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Smith ; Crist
Interception of Communications; authorizes application by FDLE of certain communications relevant to offenses that are acts of terrorism or in furtherance of acts of terrorism; allows judge, in investigations of acts of terrorism, to authorize continued interception anywhere within state of wire, oral, or electronic communications under specified conditions; provides for future expiration of provisions granting such authority. Amends 934.07,.09.
