CS/SB 10-C: Poisoning
GENERAL BILL by Criminal Justice ; Brown-Waite ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Smith ; Crist ; Futch
Poisoning; prohibits introduction or addition of any poison, or introduction, addition, or mingling of any bacterium, radioactive material, virus, chemical compound, or specified products into food, drink, medicine, or water systems under certain circumstances; provides penalties; amends provision to conform to changes made by act. Amends 859.01, 921.0022.
