SB 38-C: County Article V Trust Fund

GENERAL BILL by Cowin

County Article V Trust Fund; saves fund from expiration; clarifies duties of Supreme Court with respect to use of fund; allows use of funds for operation of trial courts; revises authorized uses of fund; provides for disposition of certain civil-penalty revenues into fund. Amends 25.402, 318.21.

Effective Date: Upon becoming law if enacted by 3/5ths vote of membership of each house of Legislature
