GENERAL BILL by Simmons ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Harrell
Intangible Personal Property Tax; provides legislative intent; exempts certain natural persons from payment of annual tax; increases exempt value of property of natural persons subject to annual tax; exempts certain value of property of nonnatural persons subject to annual tax; provides for emergency rules of DOR for certain purposes; repeals specific provision re exempt values of property subject to annual tax. Amends 199.185.
