Children & Family Services Dept.; provides for use of funds by department; prescribes specified contract requirement; requires department to operate domestic violence program; specifies amount of funds available for use by department & FDLE; repeals provisions re funding for Prevention of Domestic & Sexual Violence Program; abrogates repeal of community partnership matching grant program; authorizes sale of hospital & provides for use of proceeds, etc. Amends FS.
