GENERAL BILL by Pruitt
State Lands; provides for duties & functions of DEP re state-owned lands; provides reference to land exchanges; provides for certain duties of ACS Dept.; revises use of funds deposited into Internal Improvement TF; revises certain powers & duties of TIITF Board to include reference to land exchanges; revises conditions under which Board is vested & charged with certain responsibilities for current & future state-owned lands, etc. Amends Ch. 253.
