Direct-Support Organizations; provides for direct-support organizations for benefit of CFS Dept.; authorizes certain use of state property & facilities; authorizes designation of employees to solicit funds; provides for direct-support organizations for benefit of Elderly Affairs Dept.; provides purposes & objectives; requires funds be used for enhancement of dept. programs & projects, etc. Creates 20.193, 430.065; amends 20.19, 240.299,.3315.
