GENERAL BILL by Justice ; Cusack ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Wiles ; Gannon ; Melvin ; Joyner ; Peterman

Supervisors of Elections; provides for nonpartisan election of supervisors of elections; provides restrictions on political activity of said supervisors; requires candidates for supervisor to pay qualifying fee, subscribe to oath, & file certain items to qualify; provides for form of ballot for candidates for supervisor; provides that said supervisors shall be elected by vote of qualified electors of county, etc. Amends Chs. 98, 105, 101.151.
