GENERAL BILL by Garcia

Bail Bond Agents; requires managing general agents & certain representatives of entities to be licensed as bail bond agents; revises provisions re requirements for issuance of temporary limited licenses for limited surety & professional bail bond agents; requires mandatory classroom instruction prior to reexamination for applicants under certain circumstances; requires designation of primary bail bond agent & notification thereof to dept., etc. Amends Chs. 624, 648, 843.
