Property Tax Administration; provides additional right to know amount of special district taxes; authorizes DOR to prescribe form of petition to value adjustment board; provides timeline for exchange of information & uniform procedures for value adjustment board hearings; limits counties authorized to appoint special masters; authorizes DOR to update guidelines for tangible personal property assessment upon approval of executive director, etc. Amends FS. APPROPRIATION: $45,000.
