GENERAL BILL by Comprehensive Planning, Local and Military Affairs ; Transportation ; Constantine

Expressway Authorities; provides that certain activities of expressway authority may be approved by governing body of affected county at conclusion of public hearing on matter; restricts certain activities affecting Wekiva River or Green Swamp Area by Orlando-Orange County Expressway Auth.; prohibits authority from financing or constructing new facilities to Northwest Beltway Part A without prior legislative approval unless on behalf of DOT, etc. Amends Ch. 348.
