CS/SB 158: Florida Infant Crib Safety Act
GENERAL BILL by Commerce and Economic Opportunities ; Wasserman Schultz
Florida Infant Crib Safety Act; prohibits commercial users from manufacturing, remanufacturing, retrofitting, selling, contracting to sell or resell, leasing, or subletting specified cribs determined to be unsafe for use by infants; prohibits transient public lodging establishments from offering or providing for use specified cribs determined to be unsafe for use by infants; provides exemptions, etc. Creates 501.144, 402.3031; amends 509.221; reenacts 509.032.
