GENERAL BILL by Comprehensive Planning, Local and Military Affairs ; Natural Resources ; Posey

Protection of Manatees; requires notice to counties where manatee protection zones or manatee speed zones may be imposed by Fish & Wildlife Conservation Commission; provides that written reports submitted to commission by committees & Fish & Wildlife Conservation Commission staff responses shall be part of rulemaking record; provides legislative intent that provisions of act not be retroactively applied except as otherwise provided, etc. Amends 370.12, 327.41, 372.072.
