GENERAL BILL by Judicial Oversight ; Crow ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Sobel
Child Support; authorizes DOR to adopt rules for administrative proceedings to establish child-support obligations; revises pilot program for administrative establishment of child-support obligations; provides for withholding of specified portion of noncustodial parent's unemployment compensation; authorizes Administrative Hearings Division to render income deduction order, etc. Amends 120.80, 409.2557,.2563.
