Relief/Hopkins & Bowman; provides for relief of Towanna Denise Hopkins, incompetent, by & through Willie Lee Hopkins, her father & legally appointed guardian, Robert Keith Bowman, Jr., son of Towanna Denise Hopkins, & Willie Lee Hopkins, individually; authorizes & directs Fla. Board of Regents, University of South Florida, & USF Health Sciences Center Insurance Company to compensate them for injuries & damages, etc. CLAIM WITH APPROPRIATION: $3,693,896.
