Citrus Canker; revises definition of citrus trees that are exposed to infection from citrus canker bacteria; provides for removal & destruction of infected citrus trees & trees exposed to infection; authorizes chief law enforcement officers to perform certain duties; provides grounds for issuance of search warrants re spread of citrus canker; provides repeal & review of provision re definition of term "exposed to infection", etc. Amends Ch. 581, 933.02,.07.
