GENERAL BILL by Local Government & Veterans Affairs ; Attkisson ; Bennett
Educational Facilities Benefit Dist.; authorizes creation of educational facilities benefit districts pursuant to interlocal agreement; provides for creation of educational facilities benefit district through adoption of ordinance; specifies content of such ordinances; provides that such districts may only be created with consent of district school board, all affected local general purpose governments, & all landowners within district, etc. Creates 235.1851,.1852,.1853.
