GENERAL BILL by Regulated Industries ; Constantine
Timeshares; increases number of allowable promotional prizes which may be made available annually; authorizes managing entity of timeshare to allocate net rental proceeds in any reasonable manner re specific timeshare under certain circumstances; authorizes managing entity to rent certain units to developer at bulk rate; revises provision re assessments for common expense. Amends 721.111,.13,.15.
