Chris G. Mental Health Parity Act; creates said act; provides definitions; provides requirements for insurance coverage for mental health services; provides for construction of act; provides exemption for small employers & for certain plans that provide both in-network & out-of-network benefits; requires Chief Financial Officer to study effects of requirements established under act & to report to Legislature. Amends 627.668.
