Deferred Retirement Option Program; increases period of time which members of Florida Retirement System who are employed as instructional personnel in grades K-12 & certain other personnel may participate in DROP; provides time period for certain retired members to participate in DROP; provides statement of proper & legitimate state purpose. Amends 121.091.
