GENERAL BILL by State Administration ; Brummer

Public Records & Meetings Exemption; amends provision which provides exemption from public records requirements for patient records & certain identifying information held by statewide or district managed care ombudsman committees; reenacts such exemption for district managed care ombudsman committees & removes October 2, 2002, repeal thereof scheduled under OGSR Act of 1995; repeals such exemption for statewide managed care ombudsman committee, etc. Amends 641.67,.68.
