Officer Scott Baird Act; provides that person who causes death, through culpable negligence, of officer, firefighter, emergency medical technician, or paramedic while officer, firefighter, emergency medical technician, or paramedic is performing duties of employment commits offense of aggravated manslaughter; provides enhanced penalty. Amends 782.07.
