Domestic Security/Terrorism; provides legislative intent re counter-terrorism efforts & initial responses to acts of terrorism within or affecting this state; requires Emergency Management Division within DCA to coordinate its responsibilities & duties re counter-terrorism with FDLE & Domestic Security Initiatives Chief; requires FDLE to coordinate & direct response to acts of terrorism, etc. Amends 252.311,.35, Ch. 943; creates 775.30.
