Land Surveying & Mapping; exempts certain subordinate employees from provisions re regulation of land surveying & mapping; provides rulemaking authority to Board of Professional Surveyors & Mappers re use of professional titles by retirees; deletes obsolete prerequisite to take licensure examination to practice as surveyor & mapper; provides for liability & duty of care on agricultural land; provides grounds for disciplinary action, etc. Amends Ch. 472.
