GENERAL BILL by Saunders ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Crist
Centralized Prescription Filling; defines term "centralized prescription filling"; authorizes said filling by one pharmacy for another pharmacy & provides requirements therefor; provides that "wholesale distribution" of prescription drugs does not include certain acts of said filling; requires maintenance of policy & procedures manual, subject to inspection by Pharmacy Board or its agent upon request, & provides requirements therefor, etc. Amends 465.003; creates 465.0265.
