HB 651: Drug-free Workplaces

GENERAL BILL by Benson ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Melvin ; Negron ; Brown ; Ross ; Berfield ; Kilmer

Drug-free Workplaces; clarifies that drug testing must be conducted in conformity with that section in order for employer to qualify as having drug-free workplace program; requires certain contractors to implement drug-free workplace program under certain circumstances. Amends 440.102.
