GENERAL BILL by Harrington
Public Contracts; defines term "unauthorized alien" to mean alien who is not lawfully admitted for permanent residence in United States or authorized to be employed in United States; prohibits unauthorized alien, or entity under control of unauthorized alien, from bidding on or performing work under contract for state agency or political subdivision of state, etc. Creates 287.1335.
